Originally released in 1995 the album reached #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart and is regarded by many as one of the most critically acclaimed and influential Australian albums of all time.
Produced by Lee Ranaldo (Sonic Youth) and recorded between Sydney and New York the album featured the singles ‘Cathy’s Clown’ ‘Jewels and Bullets’ and ‘Purple Sneakers.’
Now 30 years on, Hi-Fi Way is being reissued on Neon Blue vinyl. The release coincides with a run of special shows in 2025 by the band to mark the special occasion.
