Iptamenos Discos is releasing a repress of Local Suicide’s critically acclaimed debut album Eros Anikate, originally released on May 13th, 2022 which is long sold-out.

Titled after a phrase from Sophocles’ Antigone, Eros Anikate translates to “love invincible”, a fitting name for an album that celebrates emotional resilience, cultural connection, and artistic collaboration.

Rooted in the duo’s signature ‘technodisco’ sound, the album blends retro-futuristic synths, moody basslines, and tongue-in-cheek storytelling with a modern, genre-blurring edge. It’s a deeply personal project born during the pandemic and inspired by their travels and encounters along the way — a sonic love letter to their global network of friends and collaborators.
