Overview

The USS Hopper (DDG-70) is an Arleigh Burke-class Aegis guided-missile destroyer of the United States Navy. Commissioned in 1997, she is a multi-mission surface combatant designed to fight and survive in high-threat air, surface, and subsurface environments. Her advanced Aegis combat system is complemented by a potent arsenal of weapons.
