Change is underway at Mid-Wilshire as Nolan starts his first year as an official patrol officer, while a new rookie with a complicated past joins the station. Along the way, Nolan will take on more challenges and dangerous cases -- all while navigating a new relationship, and his desire to earn the rank of training officer as quickly as possible.
