Overview

The Jagdpanzer IV L/70 was a formidable German tank destroyer that saw service from August 1944 until the end of the Second World War. Armed with a powerful long-barrelled 75mm gun derived from the Panther tank, its low silhouette made it an excellent ambush predator. It proved its strength in long-range combat on both the Eastern and Western Fronts with units like the 20th and 116th Panzer Divisions.
