Fear Pharm 2 picks up where Fear Pharm 1 left off. Melanie has just gained consciousness to discover that she is being held hostage by the deranged Walker family. They plan to harvest her special skin to create a breakthrough anti-aging skin care cream, and business is booming. She's not alone, dozens of others are being held as well. Turns out the Walkers have plans to grow the business internationally!
