Overview

The 7.5 cm Pak 40 formed the backbone of German anti-tank forces during the latter half of the Second World War. While not as powerful as the famous 88mm gun, its smaller size made it easier to conceal on the battlefield, and it was still capable of defeating most Allied armour it faced. The ubiquitous Opel Blitz truck was the standard transport for towing the Pak 40 and its crew to the front lines.

This 1/76 scale Airfix model kit allows you to build a representative German anti-tank unit from late in the war. The set includes both the workhorse Opel Blitz truck and the formidable Pak 40 anti-tank gun. With 65 parts and decals for two different finishing schemes, this kit is an excellent way to add a classic piece of Wehrmacht hardware to your collection of military miniatures.
