Overview

Designed by R. J. Mitchell, the creator of the Spitfire, the Supermarine Walrus Mk.I was a distinctive British amphibious biplane. Though unconventional in appearance, the Walrus proved incredibly effective and versatile, taking on numerous roles throughout WWII.
