Overview

Build one of the most formidable and visually impressive German tank destroyers of the Second World War with this 1/35 scale kit of the Jagdpanther Ausf.G1 from Academy. The Jagdpanther combined the proven chassis of the Panther tank with a powerful, sloped casemate housing a deadly 88mm gun, creating a fearsome opponent on the late-war battlefields of Europe.

This modern and highly detailed kit from Academy is the perfect way to add this iconic vehicle to your collection. A key feature is the delicate zimmerit (an anti-magnetic mine paste) texture, which is realistically moulded directly onto the hull and casemate surfaces, saving you a difficult and time-consuming modelling task. The kit also includes user-friendly link-and-length tracks that offer the realistic look of individual links with the ease of assembly of longer sections.

For the ultimate level of detail, the kit comes complete with a fret of photo-etched parts for items like the engine cooling grilles. With optional open or closed hatches and a choice of three different historical marking schemes, this kit provides everything you need to build an impressively detailed replica of the legendary Jagdpanther.
